Return Period
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. After this period, we will not be able to process the return.

How to Request a Return?
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Indicate the reason for the return and attach photos of the product if it has any defects
- We will send you instructions for return shipping
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for another model or color, you can also request it within the same 14-day period, subject to inventory availability.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Novashopp will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
